DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM PERSONS WHO WANT TO BE A SUBSCRIBER

 

A-) Documents required from persons who wants to be a New Construction Site Subscriber

  1. Original Construction License or Certified Copy of License, 
  2. Identity card of construction owners and copy of it (T.C Identity Card No should exist)


    3. * If it is company, signature sample, authorization document, company seal and copy of page of trade registered newspaper where its name is mentioned.

    Subscription procedure would be completed according to regions and to time period stated below after application to KASKİ by completing the two required documents for being construction subscriber.

  3. Building Usage Permission Document (Certified Copy),


    4. * Sewage Sharing Fee should had been paid (Kaski Sewage Money Assessor Office),
    * If it is company, signature sample, authorization document, company seal and copy of page of trade registered newspaper where its name is mentioned.

    Subscription procedure would be completed according to regions and to time period stated below after application to KASKİ by completing the six required documents for being construction subscriber.

  1. Original title deed and its copy,
  2. Original identity card and copy of it (T.C Identity Card No should exist),
    * If it is company; signature sample, authorization document, company seal and copy of page of trade registered newspaper where its name is mentioned,
    * If he /she is a renter additionally; rental contract, identity card copy of renter and owner of the house and written contract signed by owner of property.

    Subscriber’s name changes procedure in all regions would be completed in the period stated below  after application to KASKİ by completing the two   required documents for name changes.
