Generally people are blaming
governmental offices
for delayed jobs
and stationery. Certainly most of the time they are right in their complaints but they are uninformed
of all the events that take
place in the governmental offices.
Due to
this reason, blue table was
the first step in
KASKİ so as to help
our subscribers, who are visiting
our institution, regarding the consultancy services, convey the required
process to the related departments
and follow up the process
since May 1996.
Aim of the blue table
is to find solution to requests
and complaints of
our subscribers and to control
and speed up works such
as turn on water,
temporary cut-off, name change, photocopy etc.
